“Tang To Know-how Refresh Train the Trainer 2025” — Empowering Branch Managers Nationwide to Become Professional Trainers, Sharing Financial Knowledge to Help Thai Merchants Grow Sustainably
Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited continues its unwavering mission to build financial literacy among small entrepreneurs across Thailand. The latest initiative, “Tang To Know-how Refresh Train the Trainer 2025”, is an intensive training program designed to enhance the capabilities of over 20 new-generation nano credit branch managers from across the country. The program aims to prepare them for the role of professional trainers, driving the bank’s mission to foster financial immunity among small merchants and micro-entrepreneurs more comprehensively and effectively. The training was held on June 20–21, 2025.
Participants underwent training conducted by specialized experts with direct experience in developing organizational-level trainers. The curriculum encompassed both theory and hands-on practice—ranging from understanding the role of a trainer, recognizing learners' needs, and mastering communication and impactful storytelling, to confidently managing the training stage—ensuring participants can effectively engage with their audience and deliver knowledge in a meaningful way.
In addition to public speaking and communication techniques, trainees were guided in structuring content professionally, designing interactive learning activities tailored to small entrepreneurs, and using various teaching tools to make financial literacy easier to understand, engaging, and practical for everyday use by merchants.
The “Tang To Know-how” program stands as a proud initiative of Thai Credit Bank, playing a proactive role in delivering financial knowledge and skills to micro-entrepreneurs nationwide. Through community-level workshops, informative talks, and online channels, the program is supported by local branch managers who serve as vital conduits for knowledge transfer—ensuring the message truly reaches its intended audience.
The “Refresh Train the Trainer 2025” training not only strengthens the bank’s personnel to become capable trainers, but also lays the foundation for a national network of Tang To Know-how trainers. These individuals will collectively drive the bank’s mission to create a society where small entrepreneurs are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and financial management capabilities needed to thrive.
