Thai Credit Bank Receives 5-Star 'Excellent' CG Rating, Demonstrating Governance Excellence
Thai Credit Bank Public Company Limited achieved distinctiveness in corporate governance by earning an "Excellent" or “5-star” rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) for the year 2024 which was assessed by the Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), reflecting the Bank's stance as a leading organization with international standard in business operations.
The CGR assessment is regarded as an important international standard which reflects the excellence in corporate governance, developing on the principles established by world-leading organizations such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the assessment methodology of ASEAN CG Scorecard.
The "Excellent" rating demonstrates the Bank's dedication in enhancing corporate governance standards across on every aspect of operations, including shareholders' rights protection, equality in shareholders’ treatment concerns, on the roles of stakeholders, information disclosure and transparency, and the responsibility of the Bank’s committees.
