It is a service to open savings account via alpha by Thai Credit every day from 07:00 - 21:00 without going to bank branches. Both existing and new customers can open this account.

If your mobile phone number is incorrect, please contact the branch or contact center to change your information

You can view the account opening status on the banner on the home page of alpha by Thai Credit. Banners can be categorized into three types:

1. Account Opening In Progress
2. Account Opening Failed
3. Account Opening Success

For continuity in account opening, account opening should be done in one go. However, if you are unable to complete the process; you can resume account opening from the last step within the conditions of the period specified by system.

You can use alpha savings for every transaction on alpha by Thai Credit as follows:

• Browse deposit account details and past account statements of deposit accounts
• Transfer money to your own account
• Transfer money to other account
• Transfer money through PromptPay service
• Pay for goods and services through PromptPay service
• Pay Thai Credit Bank loans
• Top up via PromptPay service
• Add money to MicroPay
• QR Code service
• Cardless withdrawal at SCB ATMs
• Deposit/withdraw money at Counter Service
• Find service point
• Deposit to your own fixed deposit account(s)
• Smartbook
• Request Statement
• Online Passbook

• After the system has successfully open the account, please click on the banner of account opening success. The system will display the account details page, which will display your account number details.
• Moreover, you can also view account numbers by going to the home page > Select ""Account"" or you can tap passbook icon to view passbook

You can view your online passbook through alpha by Thai Credit by going to the home page > select "Account" > select "Tap to view more details" > click on the passbook picture. This information can also be shared through various applications that support your device as well.

You must contact the branch or contact center to change your information

It is a service to close savings account via alpha by Thai Credit every day from 07:00 - 21:00 without going to bank branches. Both existing and new customers can open this account.

You can know the status of successful account closing as below:

1. Notification confirming account closing successfully
2. Email confirming account closing successfully
3. Account information page will display a trash can icon in which you can only delete account

In the case where you are unable to close your account, it could be because of the following reasons:

• The account has hold amount
• The account is linked to another account (Sweep account)
• The account is set to have automatic fund transfer
• The account is used as an interest receiving account
